I LOVED this book. This book was such a great read. It was a book that got better with each page you devoured.

I loved the concept of this unexpected romance between Zach and Delia. Their witty banter, their out going personalities where fun to be a part of. I loved how their mix-up, turned into friendship, then turned into something more. I ADORE ZACH 🙂 Oh and Marshmallow was such a great addition to this story.

There are two things I think I need to point out that also made this story so likable… I loved how there is a breakup.. But it is not nasty, it is not spiteful, it was very mature. I appreciated that aspect. I also really enjoyed that this book kept me smiling and laughing. I love when books do that.

This book is one I can not recommend highly enough. Books like this is the reason I feel in LOVE with the NA type of genre! You will fall head over heals for Zach and Delia story. It was a bit sad when I read the last page an realized my time with them was done for now. This book is definitely a #MustRead for me!

We Own TonightWe Own Tonight by Corinne Michaels
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

OMG this book made me an emotional basket-case!! Loved it!

What can I say, I am a sucker for Corinne Michael’s book. I drop what I am reading and pickup her latest read the minute it comes out!

This book centers around a Sexy, older , divorced women Heather that has so much riding on her shoulders, and this sexy, every women’s fantasy hot ex boy band / actor named Eli. Heather and her friends go to a concert where Eli is one of the men on stage that all the women are yelling at. With one drunken “I love you” and a look… it is history from there.

This book hits so many emotions. I was crying, I was laughing, I was swooning… I was an emotional mess. Heather and Eli’s story is addicting. I read through it faster than I thought I would. I loved the chase, the romance and I loved the way these two held each other up through everything.. and man that ENDING!!!! So GOOD! This was definitely another great book from one of my favorite , go to authors!!! #MustRead

Fallen Heir (The Royals, #4)Fallen Heir by Erin Watt
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Loved this one and it literally killed me … that ENDING…OMG!!!!!

I am a BIG fan of “The Royals Series” and was so excited when I found out that there was more. Book #4 focus on the middle Royal, Easton. He is cocky, he almost has ADD / addiction type personality. At times you really want to be like EASTON get your sh*t together. But because I know the back story of his mom and his family I kind of get why he is what he is.

When he meets Harley I think the less selfish side of Easton starts to show up, the small progress he shows is enduring. The way he cares for Harley is sweet and unlike him.

This book is full of DRAMA, HEARTBREAK and COCKY boys!! The book will have you devouring each page and the ending will leave your stomach in a mess… I can not wait for the next book!!!! I am dying here.

This was another great book in a highly addicting series! #MustRead for me!

The Clover Chapel (Jamison Valley, #2)The Clover Chapel by Devney Perry
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Yep! Devoured this one! It was sooo good. This book was just so easy to read, loved the second chance love story, loved the way we got to say Hello to some characters from The CopperSmith Farmhouse.

This book centers around Nick and Emmy who meet in Vegas and after a night of Dares and fun, got married. But then Nick leaves… Nick had his reasons and Emmy is heartbroken. When they come back together nine years after they first feel for each other, you will fall in love with the way the reconnect. I loved the way Nick poured his heart and soul into showing Emmy to give him a chance. NICK was perfect. Can I please have Nick. Believe me y’all will LOVE him! Emmy, I adored her, I had a love hate relationship with her stubbornness.. but at the same time, I totally understood why she did what she did.

There will be a few characters you will want to throw your book or kindle at, there will be some characters that you will HATE! Some characters you will be surprised you loved so much, and you will fall in love with this small town and the people in it.

This book had everything I love in a story, a second chance, chemistry, a bit of resistance between the characters, a bit of mystery, angst, and drama. This book is definitely a #MustRead for me! I think I found myself a new go to author!!!

Drunk DialDrunk Dial by Penelope Ward
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

When I first read the title of the book “Drunk Dial” I thought this was going to be Rom/Com. It was not. It was a somewhat heartbreaking and sweet second chance romance, between two childhood friends Landon and Rana.

They reunite after a nice of to many drinks and the “what if” questions. Who knew one call would turn into something so much more. Both characters Landon and Rana are both extremely flawed. They have a past that has shaped them into the person that they are. As the secrets unravel, they build this bond and connection that is beautiful.

This book is very angsty, the characters both have extremely hard past they are trying to move on from. This book is not a typical all roses and sunshine romance. I appreciate a good comeback love story and this is definitely it.

This book was AMAZING! It was funny, it was heartbreaking, it had those times that made you believe that everything happens for a reason.

This book centers around high school sweet hearts, that could not have been more different. But they loved each other fiercely. Jonathan was this troubled boy, his father was an asshole, he has big dreams. When he meets Kennedy this unlikely couple form this amazing bond. Jonathan goes for his dream and Kennedy follows and that is where things go wrong. Addiction, fame and hurt.

This book goes back and forth through their story, the good bad and the ugly. It loved watching these two come back together. I loved reading how Jonathan was trying to do better not only for himself, for Kennedy and for Maddie. I feel in love with his recovery journey. It really touched my heart how Kennedy despite her guarded heart she allows this beautiful bond to form between Maddie and Jonathan.

This book was one of the best second chances books I have read in a Long time. I loved it from page one to the end! I feel in love with this couple, their daughter and their story! I loved every part of this book! This is a #MustRead

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Now that is how you write a follow up to a “cliffhanger”.. So good! This book continues and concludes Elena and Greg’s story. It was just like the first book, funny, sweet, romantic, fun and a little bit emotional. I enjoyed this one just as much as the first book in this series! This review will not be as long as the first. But I don’t want to spoil any of the endings with you. But if you loved the first book you will love this one! Great Series!

I have got to give 5 stars to a book I can totally relate to. A book that not only was extremely funny and charming it felt real. There was not really a lot of sugar coding the flaws in these characters that are so relatable to what normal people like me find as insecurities as well. Real people flaws. ,. I know this book was fictional but it was one of the most honest, real, flaws to the wall book.

Elena was this women who had been beat down by her ex, had lost herself, but despite it all (with the help of her BFF Callie and her friend/crush to lover Greg) she starts to open and blossom. I loved each and every confidence she experienced, I loved each part of the layers of hurt and insecurity she released and I loved Elena’s goodness and humor and “one liners” which made her character one of my favorites.

Greg, is this incredible man. He is amazing. I dare you to find one thing wrong with this man. Flaws and all. The way he is with Elena and her kids and even Callie and her crazy kid (Christoper..all I can say is goodness) . Honestly once you read this book you will completely understand my praise for this man does not even cover the awesomeness that he is.

This book was a page turner. I could not put it down… and when it ended. I could not wait to dive into book 2! I loved this cast of characters, Men, women and kids. Such a great book! So glad I #oneclicked this one!

After the Game (The Field Party, #3)After the Game by Abbi Glines
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I am a BIG Abbi Glines fan. I love her writing, her stories and the characters that she builds. This is the third book in The Field Party series which is an inter-relating standalone series. In this book we look into Riley. In the last previous books Riley in my mind was kind of the villain, but now that I have read and completed this book. I feel I missed judged her. She is a strong, beautiful and caring women. Despite the tragic situation she went through, she took what most would have looked at with hate and heartache, and loved and cherished. She was such an unselfish character I adored her.

Brady….another win in the fictional male department. He also was true southern. Charming, athletic and Kind. I loved the way he stood by Riley. These two will warm your hearts with the friendship they form. Brady will go through a lot in this book. His world will be flipped upside down.

This book is full of heartache and acceptance and love. Like I said, I love an AG book. She always takes characters that are the side characters in one story and give them a incredible story of their own. This book is a bit of teenage angst in a small country town. But please believe me with I say this. You will love this third installment of THe Field Party) This is a #MustRead for me.

Steal (Seaside Pictures, #3)Steal by Rachel Van Dyken
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book is definitely a second chance romance. You have two hurt and broken people Ang and Will. Both have MAJOR issue, major heartache and major miscommunication. As this story unfolds you see so much of these characters battle and let go of past issues, past hurts and watch them grow and change.. You watch the forgiveness and the love break through, and it is amazing!

I have to admit each character was really hard to like at the beginning. I didn’t know whose side I was on or who did what. But I could see there was definitely a lot of hurt, but the chemistry and the love was there.

This book was an angst filled read. With an ending that will leave you questioning.. Not everything is what they seem. I learned to adore both characters and even appreciate the ones I may not have liked most of the book. I loved how the author made you open to the possibility of appreciating a character despite their flaws.

Now to read the two previous books, cause I feel I missed out on so much! lol

The Brightest Sunset (The Darkest Sunrise, #2)The Brightest Sunset by Aly Martinez
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Finished this book in one day! OMG it was so good!!!!! I hope you are reading this, but have already finished book 1. I am kind of giving you a review for both on this one!

These duet series was FANTASTIC. It was written so well, the twist and turns and the romance from “darkness” was breathtaking.

You have two broken characters Porter and Charlotte. Each are dealing with unthinkable loss. When these two meet they will fall for each other, their brink wall they have built around each other will come down brick by brick. When their love and trust is tested. You will see probably the strongest people rise from what would be a crazy, heartbreaking and confusing situation.

To say I loved these two books is an understatement. I haven’t read two books back to back this fast in a long time. This duet is a #MustRead for me.

Wish You Were HereWish You Were Here by Renee Carlino
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was everything. I loved the way it made me think. I loved and hated how this book tore my heart out. I cried hard on this one. I absolutely loved the pure, unselfish love that I got to experience in this book.

Charlotte is this kind of fickle girl who tries and starts everything. She really has no idea what she wants to do and the way she views herself is pretty negative. She meets this man Adam and has this beautiful one night stand. It really was beautiful and enchanting to read.

This encounter changes her, and everyone she meets including Seth ( OMG.. I love him) , there is always this night and the fillings from that night that hold her back.. That is all I am going to give you with out completely spoiling this beautiful and unique story.

Every single emotion was hit on this book. I laughed, I cried, I was angry, I swooned, and there were times I felt proud. This book is one of my favorite reads of this year! Definitely a #MustRead for me! Another winner from one of my favorite authors!

Cocky ChefCocky Chef by J.D. Hawkins
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I purchased this book as a random #oneclick, based on the cover and the blurb. This book was well written with a deliciously, addictive plot and two characters that make you swoon and hungry at the same time.

I loved Cole, he was this celebrity chef, who likes order and things done his way and his way only. At first I kind of rolled my eyes at all his ridiculousness. But the more the story continued, the more you started to find out the reason behind his personality and watched the layers come off, the more I feel for this guy.

Willow, more of a free spirit. Loved her determination, her strength and it was nice to see a #girlboss. that was strong , beautiful and talented. I loved watching her push Cole’s buttons, I loved watching her go for what she wanted. She was my favorite part of this story. I loved her strength.

This book fun, romantic and at times angsty. I think it is one of those books everyone will enjoy reading! I warn you… This book may cause extreme hunger.. YUMMY 🙂

I was provided this book by the author for an honest review! My honest review is that I LOVED this book. It was fast past, the story line was intriguing and the underlining romance was beautiful.

This story centers around Abby, who watched her mom sickness take, it was heartbreaking and affected her greatly. When Abby herself meets a boy James, she has this instant connection with. Her world imminently changes. She starts to question her own insanity.

I thought this book was written wonderfully, it kept me hooked from page one. This story was had me holding my breathe multiple times. Every emotion was used while reading this. I think every reader will love this story. This is a #MustRead for me!

PS LOVE LOVE James and Abby and I know you will too.

TrustTrust by Kylie Scott
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was probably one of the best books I have read this year. This book centered around two young people that were held hostage during a robbery. One of these young adults was Edie, this event in life would forever change everything for her. Her friends , her school and her life. Things that she once cared for didn’t really matter. John the other victim was living a life that was questionable. Teachers judged him, other kids used him , his life as well had changed after the robbery. I think out of the two of them the decisions John made were for the better!

Edie and John form this bond. One that only the two of them could understand. On sleepless nights, when they could not shut their brain down, they were there for one another. I loved watching this beautiful friendship and love bloom with in these two. I loved watching how they would do anything and everything for one another I loved watching them care for one another. I just love their story! So many parts between these two characters were so enduring. The good, bad and the ugly. I was hooked. Like I said before this was one of my favorite books this year! The story hooked me from the first chapter. I fell in love with all the characters. This is a #MustRead and I am glad I #OneClicked this one. Such a great read, written beautifully!

Love & GelatoLove & Gelato by Jenna Evans Welch
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Probably one of my FAVORITE books of 2017. This was AMAZING on so many levels. You have a story about a girl LIna, who looses her mother. Goes to Italy, which the author described beautifully. The way she embedded Italian into the story was perfect.

Lina goes to live with her “Father” she never knew. She is a heartbroken girl trying to put piece of her past together. Her walk with her mother’s past, is heartbreaking, beautiful and charming. I loved the way Lina meet Ren. I loved the adventures and chances they took together. I absolutely do not want to give out any of the surprises and turns in this book. Because each time I came to a layer that answered my questions I had, the more and more I feel in love with this book.

I loved the relationship that Lina and Howard started to build. I loved discovering the connection between Lina mother and Howard. It was breathtakingly beautiful. I love love love Howard.

I think I can see why they labelled this book as a YA read. But it was such much more than that. It really is a book that I think all ages will fall in love with. It was written so beautifully. I loved every part of this book! Beginning.. and especially the end! Top Read 2017!

I really never read Thriller type books. I am a romance blogger through and through. However I really enjoyed this one. Not only was it nicely written. The twist and turns of this book kept me wanting more. This book was fast past, interesting and I could not put it down.

Bill Price was a man who lost his wife, then lost his daughter. Watching Bill go through one thing after another was like sitting on a roller coaster of emotions. Just when I thought it would be one way, the story turned a corner.

This was a great read! I could not put it down. I am glad I took a chance on this book! I look forward to reading more from this author.

I quite enjoyed this read. It was exciting, pushed the limit, the chemistry between Jo and Archer was fantastic. I loved all the hot scenes. This book was overall addicting. The banter between Jo and Archer was down right hilarious. The constant guessing of who did what made me flip through pages fast.

This book definitely needs warnings. But, those who like pushing the limits in their reads will love this one. I think my favorite part was the RAVE! Ha! So hot! This was my first Stylo Fantome read and it will not be my last!

Rumor Has It by Magan Vernon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I loved this book. It was a charming, sometimes frustrating, second chance romance. You have Brook and Eddie who have been attached to the hip since diapers. Best Friends. Both wanting more but never wanting to cross that line. But a rare chance of stardom for Eddie severs that bond and 10 year pass.

Watching these two come together after 10 years , even though the meeting was brought by sad circumstances, was fun and frustrating. It was fun watching how much these two truly loved and adored each other It as frustrating watching Eddie (sorry dude because I love you) make selfish choices that really frankly pissed me off.. I just wanted to yell “selfish bastard”. But he sure makes up for it in the end. LOVED LOVED the ending!

This book really had everything you are looking for. Second chances, drama, romance, a little up and down mood swings, and it was written with humor that gives this book at little something more. This was a great read, and I can not wait to read more in this series!

The Sound of LightThe Sound of Light by Claire Wallis
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book was nothing like what I expected. It was deep, it will throw you for some curve balls, it held this beautiful love story that I felt was destiny. There was drama, there was sadness, and there were times that I held my breath.

This is my first book from Claire Wallis, and I enjoyed it from beginning to end. You have K’acy who is very different from most heroines I have read. She is gifted, she is kind and her overall character was so much more complex that even I can describe in this review. It was a page turner to watch what this gift did and what ways her story unfolded.

Adam, he was sweet and charming , I loved how he swooned over K’acy. I loved their somewhat forbidden romance. I love watching these to connect and fall in love. It was so emotional. I loved that one person who the both cared deeply about brought them together. I love their story.

I loved every character that was brought to life in this book. Loved Jarrod.. I kind of want to read more about him.. HINT HINT!!!!

This book is that book if you are looking for something a little different, a little more deep, but also want an HEA because this book has everything. This one is definitely a book i would recommend! Great read!

The Map That Leads to YouThe Map That Leads to You by J.P. Monninger
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is a hard Review to write. The book was written beautiful, the adventure the author takes you on with these characters is magical and one of a kind. If you love the book You Before Me, you will love this one.

This book centers around Heather and Jake, who meet on a train going to Amsterdam and they kind of fall into this world wind of a relationship. Heather is by the book, scheduler and Jake is this in dept, free spirit guy. Together these to make memories after memories and it is incredible to watch their love grow and the bound between these two set in place.

Their time together will not always be roses. But their adventure is probably my favorite thing about this book. My heart took a beating in this book for sure.

The only reason this book did not get 5 stars is the ending. You can not take me there, and bring out those emotions and then not give me a conclusion or an insight to what happened. I kind of feel incomplete. This beautiful, somewhat heartbreaking story and I’m left with questions. But then again that may have been the authors intentions.

This book I would recommend picking up and reading. It is too beautiful not to be read.

A Scottish Wedding (A Lost in Scotland Novel)A Scottish Wedding by Hilaria Alexander
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What a fantastic look into Sam and Huge’s HEA! (You need to read Lost in Scotland ) I love how Hilaria gave us a few more reasons to love this couple more. I loved how Sam was still portrayed as a strong and beautiful female character. I enjoyed being able to see more of Huge’s sensitive side, his vulnerability in this read was charming and love seeing a beautiful strong man like this.

This story is so fun and romantic, with a few really sweet surprises. I love the small cameos.. I think that added a fun element to this read, and I still love the chemistry and pull Sam and Huge have for one another. This was a fantastic read! Loved it!!!!

I Have Never (First Comes Love, #2)I Have Never by Camilla Isley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was AMAZING. Once again Camilla Isley has written and delivered us a funny, romantic, can’t put down book. I loved every minute of it.

Blair Walker just had the wort day of her life.. everyone’s worst nightmare. Making a decision to do everything on her “life list” backwards, throw away the rules. Is when her life starts to really shine.

She starts a new job, develops a new crush and watching her let go and live is exciting and enduring and made me love Blair more.

Another game changer for Blair is Richard, her hot boss. He is damaged goods, off limits. But watching these two fight these feeling. their chemistry and want for each other was addicting. The rollercoaster of emotions you will feel as these to tough and pull at one another is what every good romantic book needs. Like I said it will be hard to put this down.

This book was amazing. Definitely earned it’s 5 stars. With a great cast of characters. Its fun and romantic parts and two lead characters that will have you swooning and cheering for them. You could not ask for more! This book is a must read!

PS. this is the Second book in the First Comes Love series but can absolutely be read as a standalone

After AllAfter All by Karina Halle
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was Amazing. I flew through it. Once I started reading it I could not put it down. It was fun, it was sassy, it was sexy, it was a little heartbreaking and it was definitely heartwarming.

The story centers around two people. First one Emmett Hill who is this older actor who has this big come back. He is sexy. At first he is this cocky SOB.. But the more you get to know him, the more you peel the layers of his character the more you fall in love with this guy. He is so great and charming and I love how he turned out.

Alyssa Martin is our second person of interest in this story. She is beautiful, prickly, smart and she is sassy. I loved her. She was a bit hard on her self and sometimes I wanted to shake here and give her a pep talk. But I loved that she was created with flaws.

Emmett and Alyssa meeting was pretty conventional, their start to their relationship was not, Watching them build something from almost a hate – love relationship was beautiful and swoon worth. There up and downs will pull at your heart. But believe me when I say the ending will knock your socks of. LOVE it. One of my favorite book endings EVER!

This one is definitely a #MustRead

She has to disconnect from everything and everyone. She meets her photographer Adam they both are from two different worlds. They almost start out with this almost hate relationship. But has the trip progresses, both their minds and hearts open. Not only to the other person, but to the things they experience.

Souls Unchained (Blood & Bone, #2)Souls Unchained by C.C. Wood
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I was lucky to get this book before it released and I LOVED it. Rhys and Savannah’s story was AMAZING. I loved how this book followed from paranormal, to modern day, to romantic to suspenseful. I love the characters. Ava and Satchel was a great addition to this making this story that much better.

Rhys is a man from another time, he holds so much guilt and baggage from his past. When he meet Savannah, this young woman who also has issues that make her life a bit complicated. They uses each others weaknesses and each others strengths to help each other out. I loved watching their story unfold. I love seeing Rhys be so old fashion and clueless about somethings. I loved Savannah she just had this sweet, caring disposition about her that I liked from the start.

This book was well written, the story kept me wanting more, and the romance and chemistry between Rhys and Savannah was hands down amazing. I enjoyed every page of this book. I highly recommend this read.
